Return & Refund Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

General Return Conditions
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Supplier-Specific Return Terms


Boori

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• A 25% restocking fee may apply.

Noomi

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Opened but unused items can be returned, but a restocking fee may apply.

Bedmaster

• Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging.
• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

Flair Furnishing

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if the item has been opened.

Kidsaw

• Returns accepted within 14 days.
• Self-assembly items cannot be returned once assembled.

Obaby

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
2. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exclusions

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Items that have been used, assembled, or modified.
• Clearance or final sale items.
